This spring, C&A is once again presenting its fashion preview of the coming autumn/winter 2012 season. The International C&A Press Fashion Show, taking place for the seventeenth time on 25th April, is a permanent fixture in the calendar of Europe's fashion media. Around 300 international guests are expected to attend from twelve different countries. And a representative from Russia's fashion press will also be on hand for the first time.

As part of the 100 years anniversary celebration in Germany, C&A presents Berlin's largest 3D Urban Screening from November 3rd to 5th every evening between 6 and 10 pm. The "screen" for this unique project is the complete front of the Berolinahaus at Alexanderplatz: a space of 72 x 21 meters, which is more than half a football field.

In this anniversary year C&A is once again presenting its outlook for the forthcoming spring/summer 2012 season. The international C&A press fashion show, which is taking place on 19 October for the sixteenth time, is meanwhile a firm fixture on the calendar for the European fashion press. Approximately 300 international guests from twelve different countries are expected to attend. Representatives from the Chinese fashion press will once again be present.

C&A, one of Europe's leading fashion groups, today joins the Cotton made in Africa initiative's Demand Alliance. In 2012 the company plans to take up 1,000 tonnes of sustainably produced African cotton for its textile products. This additional demand supports the initiative in improving the living conditions of some 240,000 smallholder farmers and their families in Benin, Burkina Faso, Zambia, Malawi and Ivory Coast.

C&A, Europe's leading fashion retailer, is proud to announce its 170th Anniversary this year, and presents the "C&A 170th Anniversary -2011 A/W Fashion Show" taking place at The Waterhouse South Bund in Shanghai on Wednesday, August 17th.

C&A has chosen the Trade Fair Hall in Düsseldorf for the international Press Fashion Show on 20 April 2011. The C&A Press Fashion Show, which this April is taking place for the fifteenth time, has become something of a tradition. Some 300 international guests from 12 different countries are expected. And this year will be the second time that representatives from China’s fashion press are present.
